We value our commitment to provide top-notch customer service. We are just a phone call, chat, or email away for quotes, load updates, and all other general questions. Our website makes it easy for you to upload RFP's and/or request quotes. The overall goal is to make sure your cargo is picked up and transported to your desired destination in mint condition.
Any and all claims, disputes, and complaints regarding the pickup, drop-off, and condition of the materials will be investigated by our Quality Control Department in a timely manner.

Harden & Stanley has listen to the needs of our existing partners and implemented options that benefits drivers for their craft. To stay competitive with other brokerages we're offering:
- Same day payments (If you use a Factoring Company then there is a 2.99% fee)
- $150 minimum for detention. ($50/hr. but not to exceed $300) or $200 compensation for layovers.
- Transparency with pickup locations & dates, loading/unloading preferences, types of loads, etc...
- Assistance with finding the appropriate insurance coverage, registration with Clearinghouse, and quarterly estimated tax payments to the IRS.
- The best negotiated rates possible with the shippers so you get the most pay.
- Free registration until January 2026. ($69.99 USD annually after date shown.)

We take pride in our community. That’s why we have partnered with local Neighborhood Associations to participate in their neighborhood clean-up initiatives. Each year our staff donate countless man hours to assist organizations with litter control in their area by removing displaced debris, tires, and unwanted waste off their neighborhood streets. Teen Safety Driving
We are working with Missouri Highway Patrol and other partnerships to reduce the number of vehicular accidents involving teens by providing scholarships to driver education courses. We host workshops to educated the youth about safe-driving, what it's like to operate a semi-truck, and how to obtain a CDL license. We are also accepting donations and volunteers for this effort.
